At its core. This is a great app, and a very helpful program, however, there are two things that seem like core design flaws that inhibit its ability to maximize efficacy. 1. Journal seemingly have to be posted of the community, and I want none of that. I’d love to be able to keep a journal of my thoughts so I could reflect on them and have them be analyzed by focused AI, but I absolutely don’t wanna share anything with randos. 2. The app is designed to reveal a little at a time, but buries the lede: there’s a Life Program that aids moderation, vs going cold turkey, and I wish I knew that before undergoing a week of brutal withdrawal. I’d like to ease off before a hard break, and I can’t be alone.
