2026-01-04	Lo*****	Just downloaded this app today and it keeps reverting to episode one. It’s not remembering which episode I last watched. Also, it didn’t give you rewards, I logged in and it’s supposed to give me 100 points and it never did. And it took my points but never opened a new episode.

2026-01-01	Ha*****	I find myself opening the app and closing it immediately because every time I open it, even in the same day, it will pop the privacy preferences open. It is annoying, I will not renew my subscription if this doesn’t get fixed. There are other very competitive apps when it comes to contents that handle this better. Please work on a fix.

2025-05-19	da*****	I paid for a subscription. Renewed it and still cannot open the next chapter in the drama. I saw that I should contact customer service. Did that and it’s been more than 24 hours since I renewed. I sent customer service a message several times with no response or results. Now I have to put in a claim with Apple.
