I paid a yearly membership fee, but the app kept crashing, so I deleted and re-downloaded it. I had to pay again to use it. Additionally, there's no way to contact the company.

I paid for the year subscription because that’s the only way you can even open the app - now that I’m in I have no way of clicking of starting any lessons. I came to learn, not for a daily quote and color on a cute homepage.
