Our story began in a small shop inside a shopping mall in Toronto, Canada, where we specialized in selling coffee beans. After several years of perfecting our craft, Second Cup grew into a well-known café brand, expanding to over 130 locations across Canada.

During the 1990s, Second Cup embraced innovation by introducing hot espresso beverages and chilled drinks — giving rise to the concept of the "second cup" experience.

By 2003, Second Cup began its global expansion, opening locations around the world — including in the UAE and Kuwait — and in 2010, we launched our first European café in Cyprus.
