Wow what a dumpster fire this app is. It’s too bad because it’s such a great idea. Rented an outfit for a special event several weeks in advance. 3 days before the event, support contacts me that the lender didn’t ship it out in time so they have to cancel. I replied asking if they can overnight ship it and the support chat shows the message was read with no reply for 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten my money back. App is buggy and was logging me out and not allowing me to sign in until after like 15 attempts. I would say if you’re going to use this app to rent something, just make sure you have a backup plan.

I love the concept of this app. It would be great if I could actually use it every time I go into add an address it absolutely will not let me. I don’t know what is going on. I have tried multiple addresses.
