2026-07-19	se*****	I can't unlock my card through the app. I tried logging on the website, but there was no notification in the app and when I tried generating an offline OTP, no code was given. It was just a black space with a countdown timer. So disappointing and a hassle.

2026-06-17	Je*****	The app works well for me. Since I am far from the Philippines, I opened a Security Bank account so I can easily access my funds and make my monthly mortgage payments. It provides easy access, and I can conveniently monitor all the money coming in and going out of my account. I hope that in the future, my mortgage loan details will also be available in the app so I can easily check my remaining mortgage balance.

2025-10-11	ni*****	poor service. unionbank is way much BETTER!!!! this online bank app is so inconvenient to use. i don’t recommend this, I can’t access my account i have to wait 24hrs to use it, so hassle!!! i took me how many days already because of this stupid system. not good for emergency use.

2025-10-01	jo*****	The app is the only way to remotely access your account. You cannot go to the website and login. The app does not function properly and will not allow you to confirm certain functions, like account to account transfers. This has been a problem for many months and it is still not fixed. So, you are required to drive to the bank and wait in line, to perform these functions. This is completely unacceptable.

2025-09-10	Ny*****	Been using this new app since it came out. So far its doing its job. I am bases overseas so my only way of transacting using my security bank accounts is theough this app. So far everything is working well for me.

2025-09-09	Al*****	I can’t use this new app because I can’t log in . I can’t check my online banking using this app and it wont let me change my password or reset it. I contacted security bank but no reply. Very disappointing!
