The individuals I talked to that helped me were top notch. The information in this app and service is invaluable. Manuals, TSBs, etc are in the best format I have seen from an autorepair manual service. If you work on vehicles or run a shop I highly recommend. Thank you Identifix for your outstanding product and amazing customer service. Yall lead the way in both of these areas. If youre a potential customer and scoping out what they offer, do not give it a second guess. You wont regret choosing them and their subscription. If your a DIYer this is hands down the best system for you. $30 per month is absolutely worth every penny for what you get. Very user friendly.
