2026-03-15	Mi*****	I really enjoy living at Mandolin. It is a well maintained community. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. They have well planned activities on a regular basis. I always look forward to our next gathering. I’m hoping it’s another BBQ.

2025-03-27	Gh*****	This establishment needs a training course on how to manage this facility/apartment building without there feelings being involved, it’s pathetic and childish for the lack of communication also the response to correct a error made on either behalf, I find myself with unanswered emails, phone calls concerning a simple request to receive notifications about inspections of any kind while be presented by it the very same day of the inspection to only be told an email was sent to everyone a week prior? Yes everyone but me unfortunately and this is the second attempt to correct this issue but it seems as if it’s not important enough to correct as I was told by the staff that she would breaking the LAW if she opted me back in to receive such notifications in which I never opted out to begin with. This situation is very frustrating with child like behavior coming from the apartment complex staff unfortunately, this is also a BREACH OF CONTRACT with the lease agreement, this is also DISCRIMINATION and might I add RACIAL. This community is RACIST and it clearly shows, I also look forward to renewing the lease upon renewal as I enjoy the location and I’m a make sure that the staff here does there job, should you have to door to door to those not receiving urgent email notifications to communicate of a inspection then so be it.
