I can’t play it because of this

So i downloaded the game and it took forever to load first of all i had to offload and reload many times before it worked. Keep In mind my phone is updated to the newest version, I have plenty of data storage and there’s nothing wrong. Once I got past the loading screen it was asking me to sign in which I have no problem with doing but when I tried to enter my phone number, it wouldn’t work. So then I tried email. Also did not work. So I tried google. Did not work again. I turned my phone off and on, checked my storage and did everything to fix it but it was just very slow and wouldn’t not let me sign in at all. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to see Mahito in this game. Please fix it.

The game is really good, but I do not want to read so this game needs a dubbed version or in English version because I do not want to read that is my opinion not anybody else’s so do not get mad at me for saying I don’t want to read, but I don’t want to. I watch the show in dub so this game needs an English dubbed version please develop this listen to this because it would really make your game way better than it is Owen. Also, there should be a second game of this and there should also be one that is on console except with a different format. I am not hitting this game, but I’m saying this game needs a lot more.
