2026-05-11	Ro*****	This app is horrible, I’ve been trying to access information from 10 days ago but it will not let me go that far back. I’ve reached out to customer service and have been waiting for them to send the information via email that was 5 days ago. The app takes forever to refresh and now when I open the app it says my car is on the highway traveling at 66mph and it’s parked at my job. The function of the app is horrible and customer service has not been helpful thus far.

Be smart and read the fine print where it says you are not required to purchase CarDoc in order to buy a car or receive financing. I’m giving the app five stars because the developers technically did a good job. The app seems to work as intended, but it’s not worth even remotely what I paid for it.

2026-01-17	Kr*****	I love the idea of the cardoc app and its potential to help car owners automate maintenance. But it doesn’t upload maintenance data. For example, when I enter the mileage for the last oil change, tire pressure, etc., I get an error message saying “failed to upload data.” Since it was presented as a requirement to purchase the equipment for nothing short of $1300 (and I think more if I remember), I would expect to have full use of the purported beneficial features, or it just feels like a scam for car buyers. Please fix this as soon as possible!
