2026-08-24	Fo*****	I think this app is phenomenal but it doesn’t work half the time. Lately every other week it won’t update to the correct date so I can’t even use the app. Like today it is still stuck on August 9th-16th. Which is such a bummer! Also, it for some reason has my kids a whole year older than they actually are. I have put in their correct birthdays and triple checked and it just won’t change so their reading end up being inaccurate. I would love to love this app because when it works it’s a great read and is super useful but if it’s not going to work I may have to look for a better app elsewhere!

The weekly forecast will be like a week behind or the daily forecast will be 1 to 2 days behind, which makes it feel kind of funny because it’s not that helpful after the fact! I emailed them about it—not sure if it is an app glitch or just how they update the info.

Really enjoy the personable weekly and daily audio recordings that I listen to during chores or drives with the little one. HOWEVER, I will say the free trial could be more information inclusive. I have the monthly subscription and while I enjoy all of these insights and features I have encountered wayyyy too many bugs within the two months I’ve upgraded to premium, e.g. there hasn’t been a weekly reading posted for this current week (August 17th-23rd) as the weekly reading posted as I type this review on August 22nd is still for the week of August 9th-16th. The days also don’t always update for example, I couldn’t get the daily reading for August 18th or yesterday August 21st. Whenever I would intentionally select the date it would show the days prior (17th of 20th.) I keep checking for app updates to fix these bug issues and nothing, it really alters my experience of the app. Please fix it!

2026-08-03	Bl*****	I really love the concept and loved the first few days of having the app. Now, there seems to be a bug where both of my kids with very different charts have the exact same daily readings, etc. I’ve tried removing charts and re-adding, no luck. Hopefully some of this gets ironed out or I will probably cancel the membership.

My only complaint is that lately it won’t update to be the current week until around Wednesday, and I think there was one week it was Thursday or Friday when it finally caught up with the calendar. Which kind of makes the app useless for half the week.

2026-06-30	KA*****	Unfortunately, I never got to use this app. After downloading it, it would only display the STAR/CHILD logo screen and never load past it, no matter how long I waited or how many times I tried. I also paid for the premium subscription, which made the experience even more frustrating. I reached out to the company by both email and Instagram for support but never received a response. The app looks like it has great potential based on the description, but I wasn’t able to access any of the features. Until the loading issue is fixed and customer support is more responsive, I can’t recommend paying for the premium subscription.
