User Reviews

Players largely enjoy MathTango for its fun, educational puzzles and monster rewards, with strong praise from both kids and parents. The main negatives are recurring glitches that affect progression, and frustration with limited free content and monetization. Addressing bugs and expanding free access would align with user expectations while preserving the game's engaging math learning experience.
Pros
  • Fun and engaging math puzzles that keep kids interested
  • Educational value; helps kids learn math and can improve school performance
  • Monster collection and rewards provide motivation and engagement
  • Easy to use and kid-friendly interface
  • Positive sentiment from both kids and parents; generally well-received
Cons
  • Frequent glitches/bugs that disrupt progression (e.g., level glitches, space junk bug, loading and energy issues)
  • Free version is very limited (only a few puzzles per day), hindering learning for non-paying users
  • Perceived monetization/paying to unlock content can be frustrating for some users

I think you can make a change to the amount of puzzles as a free member. As a free member, I have some constructive criticism. People can't learn enough without multiple puzzles as a free member. I recommend an update. You should update every Piknik and Originator app so they can learn for free, just leave that other new content for payment. But they cannot learn with "5" puzzles a day. They need many puzzles like 20-35 puzzles so they learn. I'm 11 years old now, even though I'm too old for this game. I still play it cause of memories since I was 6 years old. This is just a recommendation for other learners. By the way, this game must be given back to the original creator, Originator

I love the game because it is actually fun. There’s two types of sections. I play the island one more. You can earn cool monsters that are friendly. Please make more of these games. I hate math though.
