NUTRITION: A bespoke plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. You can use the app to track your food, see meal plan ideas, and further videos. You will also have recommendations for supplement use to help your journey. You will gain knowledge not just for tracking calories but understand your food behavior and triggers to make sure you are leading a good balanced nutrition diet without the feeling of restriction.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS: Weekly one-to-one check-ins to track your progress, discuss how your week has been, and make any amendments to any of your plans. You can message instantly through the app to receive support or through WhatsApp. There is also a chance to complete goal setting and have these reviewed at set times through the year to make sure we are on track for hitting what we set out to do.
