Mobile Dungeon: RPG Crawler

This game is fun but there’s nothing to do. Like once you level all you can do is farm a level until you can afford to raise their levels. No events. No competition. Usually these games have events always running to give you things to do but no not this game. Just do the same thing for 10 minutes every day because that’s all you really get is about 10 minutes worth of energy every day. Characters are awesome but you only get to really pick a few to level, as you cannot afford to level them all. So many cool ones to choose from, but you gotta pick the best ones and forget the rest exist. All they need to fix this is to give us a bit more energy. Like more than double per day. And cut the costs of leveling by about half. And for the love of all that is holy give us some events or something for fun.

Love the artwork! The game play is classic turn based and enjoy playing the game….however once your energy is depleted (less than one day of play), there’s no economical way to replenish it. Can’t watch an AD to refill some. Would be a great game, if only I could play it for more than a few matches.

This game is okay. The battles are all the same, and there is no story to speak of. No real choices beyond which characters to level up to construct your team. The game railroads you into fighting a pre-determined order of world mobs and dungeons. Initial advancement is quick, but then it becomes a real grind. At least they give you the ability to automate the fights so you don’t have to go through the mind-numbing tedium of running the same fight over and over again to level up characters and improve your gear. I do like that ads are an optional component to the game, granting rewards for watching rather than forcing them like other games do. I also appreciate that there is a “pity” mechanic which guarantees you will get decent characters after a certain number of attempts. All in all, it is a way to burn a few hours of free time, but do not expect an engaging story, any kind of exploration, or much interaction with other players. It is a mindless grinding game.
