2026-05-23	Ri*****	Been playing for a couple years now and spent a lot of money on this game. The new update is a total money grab and they reset my armory weapons, making me start over. WT*??? I hope more users leave bad reviews so the developers will actually care for their existing users. SMH...

2025-11-22	C1*****	The game has been fun but it’s gotten to where I can’t progress any further due to the lack of upgrades available. The enemies get too strong and then it’s impossible to upgrade items to match their damage/health. Maybe if you could replay prior levels on a different difficulty, to get more powerful items, it would resolve the issue? Then there aren’t enough chip and pet upgrades available and there needs to be the ability to reset heroes, because of limited tokens available. I’m not sure why they don’t let you earn diamond puzzle pieces through gameplay. If fixes are made, the game would be a lot more fun.

2025-10-27	Ke*****	The developers advertised the speed option would give speed to the player , but that’s not what it does actually . It just speeds up the game , because when you turn toggle on , it also speeds up the zombies . Everything on the screen speeds up , it gives no advantage to player for paying to speed up . Shame on the developer for frauding players out of $4.99 . It doesn’t seem much , but when it’s doubled by everyone paying , it’s a nice payday , unwarranted .

After the update, all my game data was gone. I was still playing normally yesterday, but today I had to start from scratch when I logged in again. This is really disappointing. Could the developer help me recover my data? I don’t want to lose it—suddenly losing game data like this is so heartbreaking.
