Recent reviews

So tired of constantly getting logged out of the app. If you don’t log back in every few days, you’ll miss important updates such as your feeder being low. The feeder dispenses fine, and I get notifications when it dispenses food but portion amount notifications sent aren’t always inline with what we have set as a dispense amount. The inconsistency is not worth it anymore, and after a year of this, we’ve decided to get a different feeder all together.

i’ve had this feeder for over a year , it use to be amazing. i didn’t have to stress when i went away about my cat getting the proper portion sizes. sadly for the last couple of weeks it has gone down ho VERY fast. it is always telling me to zero out the bowl which it is? it’s tell me my cat ate when there’s nothing in his bowl , and then this morning at 6am it gave me a notification that his meal didn’t dispense as the bowl was “too full” thankfully i haven’t left for work yet and just as i assumed there wasn’t NOTHING in the bowl not even a crumb.. definitely going to have to look for a new pet feeder as this is very unreliable which is sad cause it was a great affordable pet feeder…
