2024-06-03	@n*****		Downloaded the app and rented a power bank at a bar. Returned it about 30-45 minutes later and it didn’t register that it had been returned so it kept racking up a charge for more than 24 hours. Tried to report a problem 3 or 4 times through the app and have not heard back. I was left with a $43 charge and no way to contact them or defend my situation
