2026-03-08	m7*****	I love tracking animals like loveeee I have two turtles I got comet a year ago and sequoia yesterday but I noticed everyone saying they got scarlet which is weird cause I did not get scarlet and all the reviews are from last year when I got comet but I love my animals I just don’t like how you can track them. It’s choppy, hard to see, hard to move, and overly complicated especially since their target audience is teen girls.

2026-01-12	Te*****	I went to the simply southern store thinking I was buying a Fahlo tracker and bracelet but no. It was broken off on some beads and the tracker won’t even go on your app only on safari. If someone would tell me how to get it to work then pleaseeee!!! It was a waste of money. Just get fahlo brackets and make sure that it is Fahlo or you are gonna get a really cruddy tracker.

2025-08-09	Kk*****	App is great. It’s a good idea but the way that it chooses to perform and the way developers made it is very not user-friendly. I think that they should give this app updates. I understand that it’s hard to run the apps and tracking and all of that but you need to get more animals because I scanned three barcodes and I got the same turtle every time which is kind of crazy. They should at least have 40 to 50 turtles. They only have like four or five. I hope to see improvements in the next year or so your friend, animal lover.

I was very excited until I looked at the reviews and saw everybody else got the same turtle named "Scarlett" This really bothers me because on the packaging it says something like "track YOUR OWN turtle" and everybody else has the same one.

2025-04-11	Vi*****	I read the reviews before buying it and thought people were exaggerating to learn I GOT SCARLET as most people do it’s frustrating to think you want to get a “pet” turtle to track just to find out your not special your one of thousands of people that got scarlet but on the bright side the bracket matches my swim team colors were the sea turtles with light blue and green colors btw IMPROVE YOUR APP and get more turtles😡🤬😤🐢. Update you have to keep the QR code, it logs you out every time, and is very confusing like I can’t even tell where Scarlet is.😡 But the app does have upsides like it’s a good birthday present or Christmas gift and it cool and fun for kids it’s really cool just please fix the stuff listed above
