2026-08-03	iS*****	Have been using FANS since the launch for SKZ community and absolutely love the ongoing added features, integrations, and improvements! But I’d like to propose a couple more desired features for consideration to further refine the quality of life experience for fans and artists: 1. Highlight the “forbidden”/“banned” words in red, similar to how bubble does it, so the user knows exactly what prevents the post from publishing. FANS has a de facto secret list of totally random words like “carp” on the banned list, with no apparent negative English meaning (I am not sure if it’s the same for other languages). There is no way for a new user to know this and it’s exceptionally frustrating to figure out exactly what needs to be corrected. Red text or a highlight would be a huge help! 2. Please consider removing “banned” word block if the banned word is part of a larger non-derogatory word (example: institute, grape, carpenter, etc). 3. Please consider more actively moderating the community from JYPE end. It doesn’t need to be intense, but I see new FANS community members being regularly confused about uneven rule enforcement - all because it is up to the other FANS community members to report problematic posts and, really, is de facto nobody’s responsibility. Hope to continue using FANS app and to enjoy the access to the worldwide SKZ fanbase and our wonderful SKZ members! Cheers!

But I LOVE the app because of anything is wrong it’s noticed almost right away if not right away and is fixed super quick! And I just LOVE how we’re notified of EVERYTHING going on with the app and our favorite artists that we are able to know!!! & I also LOVE the interaction between my FAVORITE group and us STAY!! 2026-06-29	k4*****	The app is great, the only issue i have is that i had bought Stray Kids’ fanmeeting merch and accidentally put in my last name as my state. i only noticed this after about 2 months and i tried to change the state and it won’t let me. im afraid i wont ever get my merch because of my mistake.

2026-06-27	ki*****	I honestly love this app I think it has amazing potential. I also enjoy that I can see merch that I never even knew existed. However, I wish the app wasn’t so membership heavy because on every single post the my favorite artists post you have to have a membership, and personally i don’t want to spend 20-30$ a month just do I can see pictures of artists. I also wish that if a merch sale or event is over that it would say it sooner and not when I click on the event. Sometimes it gets frustrating because I see something that is advertised as it just came by, but was actually from 2 weeks ago. I also hope to see more updates in general like SKZ tour dates released. Overall, it’s a great app that just needs to be updated faster.

2026-05-12	ㅇㄴ*****	I love using fans app to follow all the artists' schedule and buying merch. It is really efficient and good but in fans app videos for live or video playing, there is no go back 5 seconds or forward which kind of feels inconvinient. But overall it is such a nice app!!
