MSAR24

The Mobile Solution for Assessment Reporting (MSAR24) application is provided by the Federal Highway Administration. MSAR24 enables users associated State and Federal Land Management Agencies to submit repair assessments under the Federal Lands ERFO and Federal Aid ER Programs. The application streamlines the submission process by automating data capture (location details, photos, and assessment data) and approvals.
