Many reviews praise RedX Decks for its ease of use, quick generation of deck plans with rails and cut lists, and a broad feature set appealing to contractors. However, a larger, recurring set of issues dominates: persistent billing and subscription problems (charges after cancellation, unrecognized licenses, upgrade prompts), frequent crashes and save/open instability, missing or unclear features (joist spacing, walls/stairs, rails, layered interface), and cross-device/save limitations that hinder workflow. Some users feel the price is not justified.

Recent reviews

Doesn’t have the most basic functions, this is a completely useless app that steals an absurd amount of money when for whatever reason the cancel trial button apparently didn’t work. Now I’m out $60 for an app I used for literally 2 minutes before I figured out it was trash.
