The MDGS mobile application is an app developed to streamline toll and road charge payments for travellers crossing borders between Singapore and Malaysia, simplifying the process for all users. This innovative app introduces an alternative payment method for Road Charge Collections at Bangunan Sultan Ismail (BSI) and Komplex Sultan Abu Bakar (KSAB). Users can conveniently make payments via RFID technology, linked directly to their credit or debit cards.

Currently, the payment options for tolls and road charges were limited to using a reload card or utilizing RFID eWallet services. However, this mobile application expands the choices available to users, enhancing their experience.

In addition to these payment capabilities, the app also allows users to acknowledge the receipt of their Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) RFID TAG and take the necessary steps to activate it after fitting. Moreover, users have the flexibility to securely store their credit card details within the app, enabling seamless deductions for Road Charges directly from their credit cards. This added convenience ensures a smoother and more efficient experience for travelers.
