2025-02-19	Y *****	I purchased 39.99 , I love it when ite APP work but most of the time APP crash during use or even before taking picture of problem. It is very frustrating. I tried to re-download again, but I have no way to log in my self. Because the interface of the app has no place for me to click to sign in. And I have no other way to resume my VIP member status.

And it worked great in the being for a couple of weeks but now every time I try to take a picture of the problem or use a picture of the math problem, it goes black and disconnects from the app. Taking my to my main screen of app so my phone. I’m paying for an app. that won’t work!!!!
