Connect Sweat with intent in this 45-minute pilates-fusion class. Stripping it all away in our infrared heated studio, here you will meet yourself on the mat. A space where candle light flickers and bodies move in unison. Light weight resistance and cardio bursts married with deep stretching and mindfulness. It’s time to CONNECT.
