Putt like the pros! Tap It In is the premier golf putting app that will have you putting like you're on the PGA Tour. Using advanced stat tracking and the same Strokes Gained methodology that Tour players use, you'll get insights into your putting like never before to identify your weaknesses and improve your game on the greens. Track your putts as you play, or try our generated practice games, and get in-depth feedback about where you're gaining and losing strokes on the green. Also featuring a suite of putting lessons from real PGA Tour putting coaches with drills that will build your skills on the greens.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS:

Tap It In offers three tiers of access: Free, Starter, and Pro.

The Free tier is an unpaid membership which offers the ability to record individual rounds of golf and see basic stats and analysis for your most recent round.
The Starter tier is a paid membership which requires a recurring monthly or annual subscription purchase. The Starter tier offers the ability to play custom generated practice games, record and view round history, and see more advanced stats and analysis on historical rounds.
The Pro tier is a paid membership which requires a recurring monthly or annual subscription purchase. The Pro tier offers everything in the Starter tier, plus more advanced stats and analysis, and the ability to watch putting lessons from real PGA Tour coaches.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Our Starter and Pro membership tiers are offered as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions through in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation, and will be charged monthly or annually thereafter as long as you continue your subscription. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time which will automatically enroll you in the Free membership tier after your current billing period concludes.

It’s as if the creators launched v1 of the app and barely fixed it since. Putt tracking is ok if you happen to find the tutorial video on the company web site that is strangely missing from the app. I paid 14.99 for the pro version, which supposedly has tour level instruction. But what I see are two videos for a total of 4 minutes that are of worse quality than his free vids on YouTube.

This app will give you the tools you need to improve your putting. As someone who has worked with a handful of PGA tour golfers, this app mimics the data analytics that professional golfers utilize to improve their game. This app was clearly made by golfers for golfers. If you are serious about improving your game, give this app a try. It worked for me and it can work for you.

After recently downloading the app and seeing the stats that are available to be tracked, I can only imagine the insights I’d gain from this. I’ve never even though of some of the stats listed. And this was from using the free version. I’ll be upgrading to gain more of the benefits.
