It’s been several days since I contacted FCB to alert them that the app isn’t even loading, let alone functioning properly by recording recent transactions and updating the available balance, etc. They said they were already aware of the issue with the app for both Android and iPhone and their tech team was actively working on fixing it. They said they couldn’t give me an exact timeframe of when it would be working again, but assured me it was a top priority and any issues with online banking should resolved imminently. Here we are four days later and it still isn’t even loading, let alone showing current info. They said they were already hard at work to repair it as of last weekend. We’re now heading into the following weekend and I still don’t know if my direct deposit for my job came through, how much it was, and if there’s enough to cover all my expenses for the month. This is completely unacceptable. May have to change banks at this point as this is far from the first time the app has malfunctioned and remained unfixed despite contacting FCB and speaking with the relevant department directly about specific digital banking issues and repeatedly being reassured that these various issues would be repaired, stat.
