Nourish + Bloom Market

Cool concept and it was easy to use. I stayed at the hotel in the community and I needed a quick snack. Nourish + Bloom was quite helpful, so I could get a snack real quick. I downloaded the app, but they have an option to tap your card and just enter the store. I loved my experience.

I love how I can see all my receipts instantly, get fast and friendly customer service whenever I need it, and even use it to get into the store 24/7. No waiting, no hassle — pure convenience! The store itself is always spotless, well-organized, and filled with the freshest products you can find. Everything looks and tastes like it was stocked that day. The combination of a beautiful store and a flawless app makes shopping here feel effortless and enjoyable every single time. If you value fresh, high-quality products and a smooth, modern shopping experience, the Nourish + Bloom app is an absolute must-have. I definitely will be back!

I am pretty sure this is my first review ever, and I felt the need to review because of how unbelievably bad this company’s Customer Support is. The store itself was fine, easily accessible with the app and accurate purchases and convenient since it is 24/7. However, I bought 2 honey buns that were fully expired/past their sell by dates. One was 2 months past and the other was 1. This tells me that the restocking is not done very diligently. But THEN, when I emailed their contact, I received no response for over a week until I followed up. Furthermore, the chat on their website tells you “we’ll be with you momentarily” after a couple chatbot messages and then never responds to you again even if you keep messaging. No automated message, no estimated wait time. Nothing. Within the app, you can go to your past orders and get support for the order specifically through a chat. No response there ever either. No confirmation that the message was received or anything. In the end, I did receive a refund via email, all while they misspelled my name and did not explain or apologize for the lack of support in all communications. They did give me $5 credit in the app as well that expires in a month as if I will be using this service again.
