2026-08-18	M3*****	The alarms are constantly going off, especially if both parents are driving in the same car with the baby or carrying the baby in the car seat, the notifications keep popping off. I understand that the Bluetooth technology is not allowing both parents phones to be connected at the same time, but since at lest one of these phones is connected and within the car seat’s range, it should NOT require other parent to toggle their phone’s Bluetooth and such. So far, the app is only annoying and really makes me wish we never activated the clip on the car seat. Pressing “Need help” from the clip’s page makes the app crash, so not much help there too

Constant temperature warnings despite the car being cool, the sensor takes 30+ min to cool off. Constant spamming that i left my kid in the car when he is with me. SensorSafe is trash and the app that supports it is also trash. Do not waste your time with this.

2026-08-13	jj*****	Constantly telling me my child is in car like I left her behind and we are physically driving. Just constant all the time even when I acknowledge it, it keeps sending updates. Very frustrating. I’m about to delete the app and this was one of the reasons I bought this car seat.

2026-07-24	Ni*****	I’ve used this app for 2 years now since my son was born and at this point I’m getting rid of it. It was a great premise but honestly, my cars alert to check the back seat is more than sufficient. If I help load my son in the car so my partner can take him to school, I get alerts that I’ve left him behind. The heat alert has no way to silence it. I live in California, I know it’s hot, the ac is blasting, but it’s going to take awhile before it’s in the range the seat doesn’t think is too hot. We took two cars somewhere and the whole time I was being alerted he was left behind even though he was in the car behind me, and I couldn’t turn it off. Incredibly distracting while I’m driving. On top of that it logs me out all the time.

2026-06-04	No*****	Love the products but the app is a mess. I kept trying to make an account and every time I’d log in it would say the information was incorrect. After 24hrs I tried again and it magically worked. I wanted to add members of my family as the emergency contacts and all of them got confusing emails that didn’t work. I’m still unclear how to actually use that function. Also every time I try to “add a child” it tells me I have reached the maximum amount of children I can add but I haven’t been able to add any at all. Again I love the car seat but for the price we should have a functional app.
