2026-07-17	Lo*****	I had a lock that pairs to this app installed today, and about 3 hours later the door it was paired with magically disappeared from my app. Neither I nor my roommate were given keys to the lock, so I cannot leave my apartment unless I want my door unlocked for anyone to just stroll in. Awful and pathetic

2026-07-16	it*****	My biggest gripe is the thermostat UI interface: If I have it set to cool, real temperature is 70 and I set it to 70 it should not toggle over to the heat selection unless I explicitly select heat. Even afterwards Cool is disabled. This should also not be the case. Next: The smart lock feature is very buggy and not capable of updating its locked / unlocked state when locking / unlocking manually instead of the app. I could open via the app and then lock up manually, and the app will reflect as if it were still unlocked. Huge deficiency.

2026-05-04	Ni*****	Upon opening the app, it attempts to load for a moment and crashes to desktop with no error. I am trying to report a wifi outage. This behavior occurs whether connected to the nonfunctional network or connected to cellular data.
