I paid for a subscription and tried to immediately and it did not work for my vehicle wasn’t compatible and they won’t let me get a refund even after canceling my subscription because it wasn’t compatible with my vehicle and in this all happened within 30 minutes of me, downloading the app paying for it, and then having to cancel my subscription and request a refund horrible customer service
