Elsewedy Cement Mobile Application: Is a secure digital platform designed exclusively for authorized Elsewedy Cement traders and partners. The application enables registered customers to manage their cement transactions efficiently, monitor orders, and track shipments in real time.

The application is available only for customers who are already registered with Elsewedy Cement through official company channels. New accounts cannot be created directly within the application.

Key Features:

Order Management- Authorized traders can create and manage Ex-Factory and Delivery purchase orders based on their available account balance and coupons.

Shipment Tracking- Track shipment creation, driver assignment, arrival status, and dispatch updates in real time.

Payment Receipt Upload- Users can upload bank payment receipts for validation by the Elsewedy Cement finance department. Once validated, the corresponding balance is updated automatically in the system.

Account Balance Monitoring- View available balance and free coupons, allowing traders to plan and manage cement purchases efficiently.

Invoice Access- Access and view invoices directly within the application.

Real-Time Notifications- Receive notifications for order creation, shipment updates, balance changes, and company announcements.

Security and Compliance:-

Elsewedy Cement places strong emphasis on security and operational integrity. Access to the application is restricted to authorized traders only, with credentials provided by the company.

Customer Eligibility:-

The application is intended for traders who are already registered in Elsewedy Cement’s official customer records. Registration requires submission of official business documentation, such as a commercial registration certificate and tax card, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Payment Policy:-

The application does not support direct in-app payments. All financial transactions are conducted through bank transfers and official payment channels approved by Elsewedy Cement, in compliance with applicable Egyptian regulations.
