2026-07-13	Ap*****	After most recent update, stopped connecting to bed via Bluetooth. Tried to reconnect, no luck. Signed out, would not let me back in or create new account. Deleted and redownloaded, no luck. Tech support goes to a broken website (refinedchina.com). Do not use.

2026-05-14	n.*****	The app controls work for the bed ok. However the secondary controls lights, sounds, alarm..etc. are trash. The lights color can be changed, but default back to bright white regardless. The sleep sounds have a repeat icon but it doesn’t work and the sounds only last for maybe 2 minutes. Oh don’t even bother with the alarm feature. You can’t shut it off in the app. High schoolers, no middle schoolers could develop a better app. The bed is still under warranty. We’re thinking about sending it back just because of this ridiculous app.

2025-07-20	Bo*****	Tried to create an account with a Phone number. When that didn’t work I tried with an email. Still no luck. This was a strong selling point when purchasing this bed frame. Hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
