A deluxe edition, prefaced by the famous chef Ángel León, from the Aponiente restaurant (Cádiz, Spain), most sustainable restaurant in the world according to The World's 50 Best Restaurants; in which we can find Mediterranean recipes by the chefs of Disfrutar -three Michelin stars and second position in The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 edition-, the art of tasting through schools, the most beautiful olive groves in the world, the healthy values of extra virgin, an olive oil dictionary, pairings... and much more.
