Update: I submitted a formal dispute with all required details and evidence as requested, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. My account remains suspended and my BTC balance inaccessible since March 2023, despite the trade being cancelled and no cryptocurrency received. I am only requesting permission to withdraw my remaining BTC balance and hope this can be reviewed fairly.
