Boost your mental health with Shift. Designed especially for doctors in training and senior medical students, Shift is a free, easy-to-use app which builds and maintains your mental health and well-being while helping you to manage the demands of your profession.

Provided by the Black Dog Institute, Shift delivers essential mental health and well-being skills across a range of topics, including: depression, anxiety, burnout, shift work, sleep, diet and exercise, exams and interviews, and bullying. Shift also has an inbuilt tracker to lodge your daily mood, exercise, work, and sleep patterns.

Confidential and secure, you can use Shift at your own pace, with activities taking just a few minutes!
