2025-12-15	Ia*****	Really unfortunate, this product could be wonderful but clearly the company did zero work in the user interface/usability of their product. From little design flaws, such as the helmets size adjustment being inaccessible when actually wearing the helmet, to larger software issues, such as my account getting repeatedly reset and all of my custom programs lost, this product is a disappointment. The therapy treatment itself I’ve found helpful, which is the only reason this review doesn’t get one star, but if you are looking to start photobiomodulation therapy, I would look anywhere else first.

Further, this app requires an account registration that provides no value to the helmet user and no actual value to Neuronic. But wait - there’s more! It requires an Internet connection when it should only use Bluetooth or NFC. Why would you ever was to control your helmet from across the country? Why would you ever want someone else to control your helmet from across the country? This is a security issue- which can have health consequences for medical devices like this. It does let you define your own programs for the helmet.

2025-07-15	..*****	The results I’ve seen from doing this 5x per week are incredible. I am much more mentally agile and feel like I’ve been given another chance in life. Highly recommend it, especially if you have had brain fog.

2025-03-11	Sa*****	Major disconnect / unable to connect issue seems resolved in the latest release, but once I start a program I am told the helmet is disconnected in the app (at least it does this when the app is backgrounded, I didn’t test keeping app in focus but who’s going to do that anyway?)… and only once the program is done (heard from beeps on the actual helmet), can I see if it is really disconnected or not. Please improve this all around. Other suggestions: 1) helmet connection status indicator should always be visible in the app. And tapping it should go to helmet connection screen/setting. 2) ability to string together multiple programs in sequence. Eg I want 1 click to do Glow, and then my custom programs 1 and 2 (three programs total). Currently I have to initiate each separately.
