⭐️ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience I would not recommend Ready2Drive based on my experience. I rented a vehicle from this company specifically so I could use it to work with Uber. Unfortunately, the documentation provided by Ready2Drive was rejected by Uber, and I was unable to properly use the vehicle for its intended purpose. This put my ability to continue driving with Uber at risk and resulted in me losing valuable workdays and income. I essentially ended up paying for a vehicle that I could not use to generate the income I rented it for. The financial impact has been significant. Imagine losing three days of income, paying for a rental you cannot use for its intended purpose, spending your time and money traveling to pick up the vehicle, and then having to spend additional time and money getting home when the situation could not be resolved. I came out of this situation financially worse off through no fault of my own. What has made the situation even more frustrating is the handling of my refund. Ready2Drive has repeatedly told me that my refund was successfully processed on August 6 at 1:35 PM. Today is Day 9, and I still have not received the refund. More importantly, despite repeatedly asking for the transaction/reference information so my bank can actually trace the refund, I have still not been provided with a transaction number, ARN, or other verifiable reference. Instead, I continue to receive the same response telling me to contact my bank. This is not what I consider customer service. There has been a serious lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism throughout this entire experience. It feels like the priority is taking your money and, if you are even five minutes late with a payment, having the ability to remotely disable the vehicle—yet when the customer is owed money, getting a response and basic transaction information becomes a completely different story. That contrast has been extremely disappointing. My finances have been jeopardized by this experience. Losing several days of income while simultaneously being out the money I paid for a vehicle I could not properly use has been extremely difficult. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Customers deserve clear communication, accurate documentation, accountability, and timely handling of their money. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Ready2Drive. At this point, I cannot recommend this company. If the refund is actually received and this matter is properly resolved, I will update this review to reflect that. But as of today—Day 9—I am still waiting for both my money and the transaction information needed to trace it.

I started using ready to drive over a month ago and it has such a great Oppurtunity to advance while having a vehicle to be able to do it in . When it came to the vehicle being clean and no mechanical issues it was a 10/10 any issues I had I just would contact them and they respond very fast within 15-30 mins which is amazing . Great price as well I definitely would recommend to others
