This app is bad in all ways making it hard to delete account no customer service to talk or text but dont dont dont ever use your autopay for them or you will regret it too

Sound doesn’t work. Volume doesn’t work too expensive. Too expensive to get the cloud service.

If you sign up for the their cloud service on this app it’s crazy. Sometimes it’s not bad but then it will just stop recording like it lost the Wi-Fi signal and who knows maybe it did this could be our internet. But everything it records it speeds up the recording of on any events. Even in the regular recording part you can go to the time line in the recording and find that event and it recorded it like X10 it’s normal recording speed. Why? There is ZERO customer service no one replies back and I mean ever! The cameras are not bad they are crazy cheap on Temu but here’s the thing don’t expect to go buy a few SD cards and just live off the SD recording and be happy with it. Either the humidity outside kills the SD card connections or they have something built into the cameras to run for a few days and then terminate SD cards and pop up and tell you the SD cards are either bad or corrupted. And my cameras are not mounted in an area where they can get wet. It’s a way to force you into paying for their cloud service. Which I did and would just like it to function properly. Here’s the thing if you want awesomeness in the security camera idea go spend allot of money and get top quality. If you need it to only work 80% of the time buy these.
