2026-05-15	Mi*****		“You have a balance on your account. Please pay online, in person, over the phone or through our app.” Cool. Old app not working. So I download this newer (more up to date looking!) app. App screen comes up aaaaaaaaand crash. Over. And over. Including a delete/redownload/rinse and crash. Cool. Cool. I’ll go online then. “You don’t have an account set up with us. And the letter we sent you notifying you of this balance does not have the account number.” WTH??!! So it’s Friday. I’m lucky to have this weekday off. I’ll call to give them my $27. “Thank you for calling MW Sewall. Today is May 15th. Our offices are closed for a company-wide training event.” Fix your app. Get with the times. Manage your office coverage better. There’s enough going on in the world today (including the oil/propane/natural gas side of things) where we do not want to get behind the 8 ball on things!!
