Compared to other banking apps in the market, this one feels extremely outdated — almost like something from another era. The app is very slow, not user-friendly, and lacks flexibility in performing even basic banking tasks. Simple processes take longer than they should, and the overall navigation feels clunky and poorly optimized. In today’s digital banking environment, customers expect speed, efficiency, and smart features. Unfortunately, this app falls far behind competitors in terms of performance and innovation. I truly hope the bank invests in a major upgrade because the current experience does not reflect the standards expected from a modern financial institution.
