This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. Setting up visitors is a pain. Viewing history is a pain - it shows as new unless you delete it, and if you delete it, guess what, you now have no history! The app does not synchronize well with your cell phone so you get a phone call instead of getting a notification from the app along with the video of the person who’s trying to visit you. So by the time you get to the app the request has already timed out and you have no way that you can communicate with the person who is trying to visit you. The UI looks like trying to mimic 2001 a space Odyssey and 2001 was 25 years ago. I think a high school kid could’ve written a better app. It’s just awful, and unfortunately we don’t have a choice because our HOA chose this company. I hope every day that they fix this app.
