The packages are lost inside the same warehouse and the worst of all is the treatment, they are Chinese and they are disrespectful. Since installing the latest version, the app automatically pauses any music playing on my iPhone whenever I use the camera to scan packages. Prior to this update, I was able to work and scan packages while listening to music without any interruption. This issue significantly impacts the user experience during long work shifts and removes functionality that was previously available. I have confirmed that the problem only occurs when using the Gofo app and started immediately after the update, which strongly suggests that it is related to changes made to the app’s camera or audio management system. I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Given that many drivers spend hours scanning and delivering packages, maintaining uninterrupted audio playback is an important quality-of-life feature that should not have been affected by the update. Please confirm that this issue has been logged and forwarded to the development team for review. I would appreciate any information regarding a timeline for a fix. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
