When trying to do all of that it keeps asking for a fleet core , that i can never get Because cuatuservice via tedt. Email. Wats up and phone keep saying they can only help if i Have a package that was supposed to be delivered. Also even on the app it doesn’t allow to do anything .

2026-07-15	Mi*****	I applied multiple times with no email or confirmation of even receiving my application. I tried again to apply. It says I need to log in as I am currently with the company. That’s news to me! Then asking for a fleet number when I’m not part of a fleet. I’m an independent contractor driver. There’s no one to talk to, tried emailing, they said they can’t help, tried WhatsApp, they claimed they can’t help. So basically, I’d really love to work, but can’t because there’s no support to talk to in order to get logged in nor find out why I never received anything confirming I work for them. Yet ppl are working and I get packages delivered to me with them saying they never had any issues applying or getting help. Would love for someone to contact me so that I can work!
