The app often asks the user to consider additional products before allowing you to access the features you desire. PiP is not available which makes the entire monitor system much less convenient.

Great for keeping all my pumping data in one place. I log my output every session and love being able to see the trends. Makes tracking my supply so much simpler. One day I randomly found the reminder option up in the corner—now I set little reminders so I don't forget all the small stuff, since my memory's been all over the place lately. love that it's there!

We purchased this monitor specifically for the app features, especially sound detection and notifications. Unfortunately, the app is unreliable and unsafe. Even when our baby is clearly crying, we do not receive notifications, despite sound detection being enabled. At the same time, the app triggers alerts for random background noise while completely missing the baby’s cries. We double-checked notification permissions and sensitivity settings, and the issue persists. For a baby monitor, this is a serious failure. The app does not perform its most basic and critical function. Can someone help get that resolved?
