The customer service is not very good. The answers are different for the same day by customer service. I live in the USA and I connect with a person with strong dialects that makes it very hard to understand them. I’ve started researching issues myself. Customer service is not reliable in their answers or follow up is not at all. Other than that I would give Zing a 2 star rating.

I used the app to sign up for direct deposits for how I want to be reimbursed for out of pocket payments. When I called Zing, they said direct deposits are not offered by Zing. I was told I was scammed! I had to go to my bank and close down my checking and savings accounts and open new ones! How did this happen? When I got back on the app, I saw where I could link my bank account to my Zing account so what’s the deal? I am calling Zing first thing on Monday!
