I have used this app for almost a year. I needed to wipe my phone and reinstall and now it won’t stop asking me if I want to pay. There is no way around it (and if there is they purposefully made it extremely hard). Time to delete.

simple and straightforward. one suggestion would be to let the user know that the next rep is going to change to a “quick-squeeze” or a “slow-squeeze.” it can be hard to predict when that speed change is going to occur

I am on day 9 of working out K muscle 3 x a day. This app is very well designed and the UI elegant and intuitive. Probably one of the best kegel apps out there.
