• Define what matters to you Name the areas of your life that deserve attention — Work, Health, Relationships, Creativity, rest — whatever's yours. You set the balance.

• Log activities against what you care about When you do something meaningful, note it. Connect it to the goal or area it belongs to. Over time, you see whether your days are actually reflecting your values.

• Check in at any scale Weekly, monthly, yearly — review what you did, how it felt, and whether the balance feels right. Adjust without judgment.

• Zoom out The timeline view lets you see the full year — not to optimize it, but to notice it. Are the things that matter getting time? Are you drifting somewhere you didn't mean to go?
