HOW IT WORKS

• Name what matters to you Work, Health, Relationships, Creativity, rest — whatever's yours. You set which areas deserve attention.

• Note what you actually did When something meaningful happens, write it down against the area it belongs to. Over time you see whether your days match your values.

• Check in at any scale Week, month, year — review what you did, how it felt, and whether the balance feels right. No streaks. Gaps are information, not failure.

• Zoom out See the full year, not to optimize it, but to notice it. Which areas got your time? Where did you drift without meaning to?
