New patients can check their eligibility for a medical cannabis consultation by downloading the app and completing an application. Patients must have a diagnosed health condition and have failed to find relief from at least two traditional treatments/therapies. You will need to provide your medical records and must be 18+ to proceed.

Existing patients can download the app and sign in to manage all aspects of their care, from health tracking to appointments and repeat prescription requests.
