2026-06-27 Do***** I had a very disappointing experience with Includ. I purchased a toy car, and within an hour of opening the package, it completely stopped working. That alone raised serious concerns about the quality of the product. When I contacted customer support, instead of helping resolve the issue, they insisted that I provide an unboxing video. Seriously, who records themselves opening every toy they buy? I had already shared the issue, but they refused to help without this video. What makes this even more frustrating is that their website does not state that an unboxing video is mandatory for warranty or replacement claims. It only mentions it as a tip that may help resolve issues faster. That’s very different from making it a requirement after a product fails. A company should stand behind the quality of its products. If a toy stops working within an hour of normal use, the first response should be to help the customer—not hide behind an unreasonable demand that was never clearly communicated as a condition for support. Poor product quality and even poorer customer service. I won’t be purchasing from Includ again.
