Is this company a fraud? No one seems to work there. App is non existent- you get a 404 error immediately. Live chat and phone, No one ever answers (yes, during stated business hours). There’s no email address. They try to sell you stuff via NoReply emails. Uploads don’t work, the website is a complete mess. Strongly discourage using this company for anything as it’s impossible to get reimbursed.
