This app is horrible. The website is a pain to use too. Every other click there is an error and sometimes it plain old doesn’t want to log in and others it says there are no benefits under your account (3). Get better when you are serving at least 10s of thousands of people in my work place alone.

This app is extremely outdated and slow! It takes forever to load and half the time it doesn’t load correctly! Don’t get me started on the website, it’s soo complicated and annoying with its UI which is outdated. All they care about is their money and not the users experience!
