App doesn’t pair with scale. Just says “finalizing data from scale” this is app and hardware are junk.

This app has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve encountered on the App Store. It can’t tell who is weighing and constantly mixes up weight and has no idea what it’s talking about when it comes to muscle mass. It uses outdated tables and will tell somebody they are overweight, even when they’re carrying around higher than normal muscle mass. For example, it told me I was obese at 19% body fat. Id give it zero stars if possible.
